Returns accepted up to 30 days from the date of delivery. See guidelines:
1. If damaged or faulty; we will replace the item or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Please state which option you prefer. For replacements, the original item must be returned first before a new one is dispatched
2. Order Error: If a mistake in fulfilling your order was made, a full refund (including postage costs) will be given.
3. If the item did not meet your expectations as advertised, we will refund the ordered item only (all postage costs will be incurred by the customer) if in brand new condition and accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or receipt.
Please note: we are not responsible for custom charges should they be levied on international shipments.
