Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders shipped directly from Equi-Ink Publications are processed once per week, typically on Thursdays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Poster products are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Fulfillment times may vary and will be communicated to you via the email address provided at checkout.

We currently ship to:
- United States
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Additional international destinations supported by our fulfillment partner for poster products. Availability will vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.
Not all products are eligible for international shipping.
Textbooks ship to the United States, Australia, and New Zealand only.
Carriers
U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
International orders may ship through DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local carriers depending on the destination and Printful’s available services.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after shipment):
- United States: 2–8 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–11 business days
- Other international locations: 7–21 business days, depending on the country and customs processing

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
